Your advantage:
Employee coaching
This involves coaching a team (e.g., the purchasing team or parts thereof) or an individual with the aim of developing solutions to business issues and ensuring that corporate goals are achieved (business coaching).
Business coaching primarily supports employees who have to take on new tasks at short notice, including filling vacancies.
- The coaching process is based on individually defined goals, which can be derived from the company's goals, and the employee is supported in developing their own solutions.
- Existing resources are activated and promoted. Individual strengths, weaknesses, and skills are taken into account and potential is awakened.
- This contrasts with traditional consulting, where the consultant develops the proposed solutions.
However, a hybrid form is also conceivable.
Coaching a team with the aim of optimizing cooperation and communication between different functions or within a team, or developing an understanding of the different roles within the organization (team coaching)

For individuals or small companies (start-ups), I offer start-up consulting and support throughout the start-up process (business model, business plan, organization, financing, marketing & sales).
